Golovchenko: Belarus-Russia relations develop dynamically

Belarus-Russia relations advance dynamically. Prime Minister of Belarus Roman Golovchenko made the relevant statement as he met with Prime Minister of Russia Mikhail Mishustin on the sidelines of the session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council in Yerevan, Armenia on 9 October, BelTA has learned.

Roman Golovchenko said: “It is very important to use all the opportunities to discuss bilateral relations that develop dynamically. The heads of state communicate with each other often and closely. You and I maintain tight contacts. It is very good.”

Roman Golovchenko suggested comparing notes about prospects of near-future cooperation during the meeting.

In turn, Mikhail Mishustin noted that during the session of the Eurasian Intergovernmental Council they had managed to resolve a number of issues and discuss strategic avenues of advancement of Eurasian economic integration till 2025. This is why he thanked the Belarusian side as the presiding country for a job well done.
