"There is a procedure for accreditation [of international election observers]. We usually set deadlines for submitting the necessary documents. This is a global practice. Similarly, when we participate in international election observation, we submit the relevant applications and send relevant letters within an established deadline," Igor Karpenko said.

According to him, the CEC of Belarus was invited to monitor the presidential election in Russia. "There will be a three-day voting – on 15, 16 and 17 March. Now we are preparing the documents to submit to the CEC of Russia," he added.
