Lukashenko sends birthday greetings to Putin

Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko has extended birthday greetings to Russian President Vladimir Putin, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian leader.

“The life path you have chosen is a vivid and convincing example of selfless service to the Fatherland,” the head of state stressed. “Your patriotism, respect for the centuries-old historical and cultural heritage of your country, firm defense of its interests in the international arena have earned you well-deserved popular recognition,” the head of state said.

“People in Belarus highly appreciate your contribution to the strengthening of comprehensive Belarusian-Russian ties, your consistent position on further deepening of interstate integration. I am confident that our traditionally open and trusting communication will contribute to the dynamic development of bilateral relations in the spirit of true alliance and strategic partnership,” Aleksandr Lukashenko said.

The Belarusian president wished Vladimir Putin strong health, inexhaustible vitality, support of his loved ones, friends and colleagues in realizing the set goals in his hard work.
