Belarus' National Agency of Investment and Privatization (NAIP) and the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) signed a memorandum of cooperation to create new business opportunities for Belarus and Moscow. The document was signed by Director of the NAIP Dzmitry Krasousky and President of the MCCI Vladimir Platonov, BelTA learned from the NAIP.

The Moscow delegation arrived in Minsk on a business visit to attend the International Economic Cooperation Forum, timed to coincide with Minsk City Day.

"The purpose of the meeting at the NAIP is to make acquaintance and exchange experience. However, it turned out that Moscow is already quite familiar with the agency's facilities, including the investor's roadmap. We also have common friends – companies to which the Moscow colleagues recommended to take a closer look at Belarus' investment opportunities. Further interaction will keep boosting cooperation and investments and holding joint events," the NAIP said.

On the sidelines of the forum Dzmitry Krasousky held negotiations with representatives of hi-tech companies, which came to Belarus as part of the MCCI delegation.
