A great part of Agrokombinat Dzerzhinskiy exports accounts for Russia and China

Today, OAO “Agrokombinat “Dzerzhinskiy” is in the TOP-10 of the leading enterprises of Belarus. Every year it produces more than 86 thousand tons of poultry. The enterprise produces over 20% of poultry meat products manufactured in the country. However, not only Belarusians are interested in Belarusian goods, says Deputy Director General of the multi-unit agricultural enterprise Inna Kordas.

“A third of our products, worth about $ 30 million, is exported. Obviously, the main export markets are Russia and China. However, we also sell our goods to Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Georgia,” noted Inna Kordas.
As for the Russian market, the multi-unit agricultural enterprise has its own trading house in Moscow. It is there that the produce is sold to distant regions, to the north of the country.
Delivery logistics to China has also been streamlined: goods are delivered to the east by sea within 40 days.
“We mainly deliver finished products and dressed poultry: wing parts, chicken legs, drumsticks. Despite the competition, our products are in demand abroad,” said Inna Kordas.
However, some part of the product range does not leave the borders of the homeland, since the company also has its own distribution network. It comprises 70 branded stores. At the same time, if you check the shelves of other stores, you will see that every fifth package of chicken products is produced by OAO “Agrokombinat “Dzerzhinskiy”.
The representative of the company added that the product range of Dzerzhinsky multi-unit agricultural enterprise includes over 200 items. For instance, poultry meat, dressed poultry, semi-finished products, cooked sausages, handmade rolls, dumplings and other convenience foods.
“Among the new products are the convenience ones that can be easily prepared at home. These are the products that are in demand among active and busy people,” said Inna Kordas.
Moreover, in 2021, the factory is going to start the production of turkey meat. A relevant plant is going to be built in Kopyl region this year.
Dzerzhinsky multi-unit agricultural enterprise uses a closed production cycle: from the process of obtaining eggs to preparing finished products and selling them through their own and other distribution networks.
